Humbling City-Scapes

David Terrazas Brings Architectural Achievement Back Down to Earth

Madrid is the bustling capital city of Spain. Back in my glory days, I studied and lived in this incredible party paradise located in the middle of the Iberian countryside and was blown away by the enormity of it all.

Well, David Terrazas has put my memories, and the city itself, back into perspective with one solitary photo.

Capturing the city under a sea of clouds, making it look like an ant hill in the middle of nowhere, should make us all realize that no matter how advanced and grand our technological and architectural achievements become, even our most colossal cities are nothing more than slightly elevated specks against the skyline. Thanks for the reminder David Terrazas.

Now then, why don’t you check out all the really impressive skyscrapers on Trend Hunter below.
