Mos Burger teamed up with Dassai to create a brand-new Dassai Milkshake and it's an alcohol-free shake that's served in a unique way. Although Dassai is known as a sake brand, the milkshake is made with amazake, a traditional fermented rice beverage.
The name of the Dassai Mazeru Shake invites people "to mix" the non-alcoholic Dassai Amazake into Mos Burger's Vanilla Shake so that they can enjoy a sweet flavor experience. In this way, with the Dassai Amazake layered atop the Vanilla Shake, the beverage is said to become richer and deeper in flavor as it's sipped.
The new menu item shares an unconventional way for Japanese sake and burgers to come together, and although the shake is non-alcoholic, it is said to have a sake-like flavor.
