Leading Czech soccer team Sparta Prague will play in a new away kit, designed by Nike, that is inspired by the symbols and rich history of the city of Prague.
The kit sports a distinctly understated and dull shade of yellow inspired by the yellow brickwork on the castle that sits at the heart of the official coat of arms of the city.
The statement 'My Jsme Sparta' -- meaning 'We Are Sparta' -- is printed on the inside near the neck area, and aims to symbolize the unity of the team, its players and its fans.
The same statement is also placed on the club badge on the front of the jersey to inspire the players before their European fixtures -- Sparta Prague is the only Czech soccer team that will play in Europe's prestigious continental tournaments this season.
