NOWNESS is presenting an artistic short film, titled 'Crème Caramel,' as part of its weekly #DefineBeauty series. The title is a metaphor which encompasses the sweet, tender heterosexual vision of the female body.
Shot by Nicolás Méndez, Lope Serrano, Oscar Romagosa and Alba Barneda, the retro-styled film is a portrait of desire that highlights surprisingly sensual parts of the female form. Things like the back of the neck or a glimpse of a breast from the side are enough to drive a man into a lustful frenzy. Serrano explains, "When you are obsessed with someone, it’s not just with that someone — it’s with the shape of the hips, the color of the nipples, or the shade of her hair when she comes out of the shower."
The film features sensual imagery, beautiful illustrations and 1970s records in order to explore the erotic impulses of the body.
