The work of artist Cristiam Ramos can only be described as 'fresh.' The artist created these portraits and paintings with ordinary tubes of toothpaste. Based out of Mexico, Cristiam Ramos typically uses about 30 tubes of toothpaste from a variety of different brands in one single painting. His work is also extremely time-consuming; one piece takes an average of 200 hours to complete. He notes another challenge is the overwhelming odor, especially when he logs long 10 hour days.
Some of his more recognizable portraits are that of celebrities, such as the late Robin Williams. He's also done Miley Cyrus, Emma Watson and renowned painter himself Vincent Van Gogh. Toothpaste isn't the only unusual medium Cristiam works with; he also creates with sweet candy and nail polish.
