Baja Fresh's New Crispy Vampiro Tacos are Grilled in Cheese

Baja Fresh Mexican Grill is shaking things up this spring with the debut of new crispy Vampiro Tacos. The debut also comes alongside the return of the brand's fan-favorite Birria Tacos.

The newly launched crispy Vampiro Tacos offers a delicious twist on the chain's signature tacos. Each order consists of two soft corn tortillas stuffed with fire-grilled steak, pinto beans, pickled red onions, pico de gallo, hot salsa, and guacamole. Each taco is then coated with a layer of mozzarella cheese and then grilled until crispy on the outside. The tacos also come with a side of Baja rice, your choice of black or pinto beans, and a fresh lime wedge.

The new crispy Vampiro Tacos are available now from participating Baja Fresh locations nationwide until July 22, 2024.
