The registries are available to anyone who has an Etsy account and it is also free to create at any point in time. When creating a list, simply select the Create a Wedding Registry button and a pop-up will prompt a question asking if a wedding date is set yet. It then opens up a personal homepage for users to add favorite items that can be added to their registry as well as suggest gift options.
