Brickworks Ciderhouse is a Toronto-based craft cider brand championing sustainable production methods and the use of quality ingredients. Using 100% Ontario apples, Brickworks takes it to the next level by only using apples that have traveled no further than 300-kilometers from tree to the Ciderhouse facilities.
Infusing each batch with 100% local flavor, Brickworks' craft ciders are brewed in the city at the Evergreen Brickworks facilities. To support the Evergreen mission, the Ciderhouse donates 5% of their profits back to the organization.
Currently, Brickworks Ciderhouse has launched two ciders. The first is Batch: 1904, named for the Great Toronto Fire of that year. The second cider launched by Brickworks is the Queen Street 501 variety. The locally driven cider brewers are also working on several seasonal varieties to add to the line.
