The makers of the 'Calm' meditation app are set to release an eight-hour slow-motion feature film called 'Baa Baa Land' that is set to help people still their minds and rest after counting sheep.
Although there is no dialogue, plot or actors, Baa Baa Land is humorously marketed as "a film that is itself a meditation" with "a cast of hundreds, all of them sheep." Although the intent is that viewers can occupy themselves with counting sheep, the filmmakers underline that one shouldn't stress if they can't keep up. The film is set for online release later this fall and will make its debut at the Prince Charles Cinema in London’s West End.
Calm's app includes dozens of 'Sleep Stories,' each of which are designed to help people prepare for a restful night.
