Cooked with Cannabis is a new Netflix cooking series that challenges cannabis chefs to create a three-course cannabis-infused menu. By working with the star ingredient in creative ways, the chefs explore some of its non-psychoactive uses, such as a flavoring, a puree in fresh tortillas or blending it into a flour.
Cooked with Cannabis, which premieres this spring on Netflix, is co-hosted by singer and chef Kelis and Portland-based chef Leather Storrs, who will be joined by special guests each episode who will help with tasting and judging the cannabis-infused creations. As Kelis describes, "This is a show for food people, for stoners and for folks that are curious about both."
