I love tattoos (as you may guess from my avatar) but if I am honest, Jean-Francois Palumbo (Jef) is the only tattoo artist I know and admire in the same way as say, Paul Insect. He is also the man behind these totally brilliant 3D tattoos.
Working from Brussels, his expertise is in conceptual designs, ones which really do unquestionably make tattoos into art.
His designs are surreal, conceptual and just blow my mind. In the excerpt box is his comment on the Cod Almighty piece. The video is mental, but wearing a tin hat out of foil totally suits his work!
