La Presserie introduces a new set of cold-pressed salad dressings to its itinerary with four flavors in total. The raw unpasteurized salad dressing is brand new in the Canadian market. The flavors include Strawberry Balsamic, with cold pressed strawberries, basil, and jicama, Thai Mango with cold pressed mango, orange, and lime.
The last two are Blueberry Mustard with cold pressed blueberries and jicama, and Pomegranate Orange with cold pressed pomegranate, raspberries, ginger, and lemon. Sharon Rotzang of La Presserie talks about the new line of salad dressings, "We’re thrilled to be launching a collection of plant-based cold pressed salad dressings, introducing consumers to a fresh take on a familiar product. We pride ourselves on using whole fruits and vegetables with nothing added, so the product consumers receive contains ingredients that are as close to their natural forms as possible. The difference is sensational."
