CHKP Foods, a new plant-based brand that creates dairy-free yogurts using chickpeas, has been selected to participate in Whole Foods Market's first-ever Local and Emerging Accelerator Program (LEAP) in the Northeast region.
The chickpea-based yogurts produced by CHKP are packed with flavor and have a creamy texture, with live active cultures and probiotics. They come in four different flavors and contain 5g to 6g of bioavailable protein per cup, making them a standout in the dairy-free market. CHKP's yogurts are soy-free, nut-free, gluten-free, and Kosher OU Pareve, making them suitable for a wide range of dietary needs.
CHKP Yogurt will be available at Northeast Whole Foods Market stores starting January 2, 2023, and can also be found at local grocers in the New York City area and on PlantX.com. It is currently available in plain, vanilla, strawberry, and blueberry flavors.
