Wine tastings can sometimes be somewhat stuffy and structured affairs, but Chateau St. Jean is hoping to change this perception by borrowing from the likes of 'The Crystal Maze.' Located in Sonoma County, California, Chateau St. Jean has decided to innovate its wine tasting experience with an escape room adventure.
Optimized for groups of six to 12 people, the Chateau St. Jean escape room begins with a glass of sparkling wine before patrons begin the Unlock the Chateau experience. Working as a team, groups must cooperate to solve a variety of riddles and puzzles using clues provided to them. Groups will have 60 minutes to complete both rooms in the experience and will receive a flight of wine once the escape room has been conquered.
