Charlotte Olympia Miami just recently opened up in Florida. It's the first flagship store in the region for the fashion designer, who is widely known for her eccentric retro and pin-up-inspired fashions and accessories. In homage to the store opening, she designed a capsule collection exclusive to the store.
She already has boutiques in New York and Beverly Hills, but this collection is particularly fitting to the new location because it was designed to emulate the tropical pink birds of Florida: flamingos. The bird-inspired line pays tribute to the golden age of Hollywood glamour, but still boasts modern summer concepts.
Many of the shoes, which include pumps and flats, are brightly colored and feature flamingo decals. Some pieces in the playful capsule collection are even shaped like the statuesque birds and feature faux flamingo feathers.
