The impending UK Sugar Levy has many brands creating premium products that are more focused on healthy ingredients and the elimination of added sugar like these new Cawston Press sodas.
The new soda lineup is made without added sugar and contains 31% less sugar when compared to the previous recipes that the brand has offered. This enables each of the drinks to contain under 90 calories each and feature flavors that are achieved without the use of concentrated juice.
The Cawston Press sodas come in four flavor options inching 'Elderflower Lemonade,' 'Ginger Beer,' 'Cloudy Apple' and 'Rhubarb.' The new drinks come as part of the brand's move to eliminating 300 tonnes of sugar from the sodas that it will sell in the UK from April until the end of 2018.
