Sao Paulo-based Bernardes Arquitetura created the Casa Peninsula, a modern family home that was erected on a steep rock to offer unbeatable views.
Overlooking the bay from the hillside's lush, green cliff, the private home is split over three large levels that all hold an individual purpose. The ground floor features four guest rooms and a television room, the middle level hosts the living room, dining room and kitchen and finally the top floor contains all of the owner's bedrooms. The luxurious retreat has floor-to-ceiling glazing that creates a steady airflow throughout as well as unbeatable views.
Every guest at the Casa Peninsula can hear the sounds of waves crashing on the rocks below while gazing up at the star-filled skies from the large terrace off the side of the main living space.
