Trader Joe’s Caramel Apple Mochi is a festive fall take on the dessert that combines chewy, caramel-hued rice dough around tiny orbs of apple-flavored ice cream. In fact, the ice cream is infused with caramel, apple purée, apple juice concentrate, and natural caramel and apple flavors, so you get the full caramel apple flavor experience.
