The Cannes Lions 2014 International Festival of Creativity wouldn't be be so creative if there weren't new and exciting things to look at and interact with each year. Just one of the interesting things to check out at this year's festival Twitter's Dronie, a drone that has been sent to capture a different perspective of Cannes Lions.
Over the weekend, the Dronie snapped a photo of Sir Patrick Stewart and it's since been flying over La Croisette to document more of the action, which is then shared on the Dronie's Twitter account. However fun this idea may be, there are still a few kinks to work out, including that the drone keeps getting attacked by seagulls—those poor birds must be confused by the the Twitter bird logo on the flying blue drone.
