Anheuser-Busch is Producing Canned Drinking Water for Flood Victims

Anheuser-Busch is now producing canned drinking water for flood victims in the United States. After a flood in Texas and Oklahoma left people without fresh water in Cartersville, Georgia, the Anheuser-Busch brewery stopped beer production and began canning drinkable water for victims.

The beer company made a mass batch of 50,000 cans and donated all of them. With delivery assistance from the American Red Cross foundation, the beer brand was able to ensure that the canned drinking water would be delivered to those in need.

Without being asked to partake in aiding the flood victims, Anheuser-Busch took it upon itself to utilize its resources for the greater good. Each can is 12 ounces and they are being packaged in traditional beer cases that come with 24 cans per case.
