The Stratus Decant Cabernet Franc wine itself is the winery's first unfiltered wine, which has allowed all of the sediment to remain in order to help broaden the taste of the premium libation. The flavor profile is purported to have hints of oak, cardamom, anise and raspberry jam, which are all naturally occurring thanks to the fermentation process.

The Stratus Decant Cabernet Franc has been produced in limited numbers of only 110 cases of the 2014 wine in existence.
