The Jack in the Box Buttery Smashed Jack Burgers are being launched at participating locations as a replacement to its original Buttery Jack Burgers to give the menu items a decidedly high-quality flavor profile.

The menu update will see customers provided with two varieties to choose from including the Bacon & Swiss Smashed Jack and the Classic Buttery Smashed Jack. The Bacon & Swiss Buttery Smashed Jack starts off with a quarter-pound smashed patty with melted garlic herb butter, hickory-smoked bacon, Swiss cheese and mayo on a toasted brioche bun. The Classic Buttery Smashed Jack has the same patty with cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo and ketchup.
