Burrata is the start ingredient at The Counter Custom Burgers this season with the launch of the chain's new Burrata Burger and Burrata Salad.
For those unfamiliar, burrata is an Italian cow milk cheese made from mozzarella and cream. What makes the cheese so unique is that the cheese is formed into a ball that bursts open when sliced into. For its new Burrata Burger, The Counter has paired this delicious cheese with an all-natural Angus beef patty, roasted tomatoes, balsamic fig glaze, arugula, and red onions, on a brioche bun, served with a side of creamy garlic aioli.
Similarily, the new Burrata Salad feature burrata cheese, fresh arugula, roasted tomatoes, red onions, olive oil, and balsamic fig glaze.
Both of the new items are available nationwide for a limited time.
