This coming October, the Small Animal Rescue Society of BC will be hosting a bunny yoga fundraiser to help rescue rabbits find new homes. Over the course of an hour, 20 participants will be able to practice poses and learn about the work the non-profit group does.
The Small Animal Rescue Society of BC says that participants can expect to see the rescue bunnies hopping around, acting adorable and maybe even making themselves comfortable on attendee yoga mats. All proceeds from the $20 event go towards helping rabbits and other small animals find homes.
Similar experiential adoption and yoga events have been hosted cats and dogs, making it possible for people to get a better sense of a potential new pet's personality.
