Brut Architecture and C.F. Moller have teamed up to build this residential tower in Antwerp. Instead of keeping it simply as a space for people to live, the structure will integrate multiple functions, including office sections and retail outlets.
For those living in the building, having the opportunity for the office to be a couple of floors down could save some serious time on commuting. The overall look of the structure is quite simplistic, being rectangular in shape. However, "externally, the structure appears as a gridded envelope, with every visible compartment representing a cluster of similar units opening towards their respective balcony," as stated on DesignBoom.
