A retail store might seem like the last place you'd ever find a broadcasting studio, but if you were to venture into the Toronto Maple Leaf Square flagship store of Sport Chek, this is exactly what you'll find.
The broadcast-ready studio was developed as part of a partnership between the sports retailer Sport Chek and Bell Media, and was built in collaboration with TSN. The sports station consists of a nine-foot desk, complete with lighting, microphones, cameras, lit LED panels and a large TV screen.
The unique location of the studio means that shoppers will have the chance to see live segments as they are recorded, including the athletes and industry icons that attend interviews.
