Brave Robot, a vegan ice cream brand that launched in 2020, has officially expanded its lineup of animal-free dairy products, introducing three all-new flavors: Chocolate Cherry Brownie, Mint Chocolate Chip, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
According to the company, the new ice cream flavors will join the rest of its line of "planet positive" offerings, a term Brave Robot uses to describe their pints of ice cream because they produce approximately 34% less greenhouse gas emissions than those made by other leading brands. For those interested, the new flavors will be available at select retailers starting in April.
Unlike other vegan ice cream companies, Brave Robot utilizes Perfect Day's synthesized milk proteins while removing all lactose. As a result, its products contain synthetic chemicals that reproduce those found in milk, allowing them to closely mimic the taste and texture of traditional dairy-based ice cream.
