Ruby Slipper is Serving Up Berry Chantilly Beignets Until July

Ruby Slipper opened its inaugural restaurant in the heart of New Orleans 16 years ago and the brand is marking the occasion by bringing back some of its most popular New Orleanian brunch dishes from the past, including its Berry Chantilly Beignets and Bloody Mary Shrimp Ceviche.

Now through July 9th, all Ruby Slipper and Ruby Sunshine locations will be serving up popular dishes from the brand's past. As Ruby Slipper's Culinary Operations Partner, Marla Chua, explains, "Ruby Slipper fans aren’t shy to let us know when they miss some of our archived classics or limited-time offerings. What better way to enter the summer season than by bringing these beloved, frequently requested meals back to our menu?"

As the for the lineup, fans can expect to find classic New Orleans dishes, including Berry Chantilly Beignets, Peaches & Cream Stuffed French Toast, Bloody Mary Shrimp Ceviche, Costa Rican Breakfast, and the tequila-based Watermelon Margarita.
