The Phone Booth Aquarium is a collection of modern art that is not only a breath taking display, but a savior for the no-longer-needed telephone booth. With installations done by both French artists and designers Benedetto Bufalino and Benoit Deseille, these two artists upcycled the traditional phone booth and turned them into a museum of exotic fish. The project was first introduced at the Lyon's Festival of Lights, where it captured a lot of attention and gained great popularity. Inspired by the growth of cell phone users, these aquatic masterpieces have since then popped up in not only France, but Belgium and many other places as well.
