Channeling all the signature flavors of a classic summer barbeque, this new pizza is perfect for any summer gathering. The new dish starts with the chain’s made-from-scratch dough, which is then topped with a tangy barbeque sauce, a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, tender hand-trimmed brisket pieces, spicy jalapenos, and red onions. The brisket used is especially special because it's hand-trimmed, dry-rubbed with seasoning, and then pit-smoked for up to 16 hours to give it a super smoky flavor. The whole thing is then finished with a drizzle of creamy ranch dressing on top to balance out the flavors.
