Checkers & Rally's are Adding a New Bbq Brisket Melt for Summer

Checkers & Rally's are putting barbeque on the menu this month with the debut of three tasty new offerings: the BBQ Brisket Melt, the Brisket Bosswich, and the new Brisket Loaded Fries.

Available now for a limited time, all three of the new offerings feature tender, hickory-smoked brisket that's been smoked low and slow. The BBQ Brisket Melt pairs the brisket with a hamburger patty, BBQ sauce, red onions, pickles, and melty cheese, on thick Texas toast. Similarly, the Brisket Bosswich combines all the same ingredients, but with an even larger hamburger patty and some sweet and smoky BBQ sauce. Finally, the new Brisket Loaded Fries pair the smoky brisket with Checkers & Rally's Famous Seasoned Fries, Smoky BBQ sauce, melted cheddar cheese, and a sprinkling of red onions and dill pickles.
