Crown Royal has revealed its latest barley-infused spirit in its Crown Royal Noble Collection: Barley Edition. Director of Whisky Engagement for Crown Royal Stephen Wilson said: "Our team of Distillers and Blenders are always experimenting and innovating, and this whisky is a product stemming from that creativity and collaboration, much like our award-winning Winter Wheat!"
The collection features a series of annual limited releases that experiment and create innovative whiskies. This special edition barley-infused whiskey is 90 proof with 45% alcohol per volume. In terms of flavor, it contains spicy hints of toasted oak and sweet caramel. It also includes an aroma of creamy vanilla and green apple with a warm finish. The whiskey is aged for at least five years and blended with unmalted and malted barley grains. Additionally, the packaging comes in a royal purple case and bag. The whiskey is available for $79.99 for a 750mL bottle.
