A Banh Mi is a classic Vietnamese dish that consists of a fresh baguette split lengthwise and filled with ingredients like pickled vegetables, pâté, herbs and spices, and meats like Vietnamese ham, steamed pork roll, or other proteins. Starbird has taken this signature dish and remixed it in five different formats, to give consumers multiple different ways to try the savory, spicy, and tangy combo of flavors.
