The Baileys Original Irish Cream Baking Chips have been unveiled as a baking product from Clabber Girl Corporation created through a deal with Diageo that will offer consumers a new way to enjoy the classic flavor of the liqueur.
The non-alcoholic chocolate treat consists of semi-sweet chocolate that has been flavored accordingly to give it a rich, indulgent flavor that is perfect for putting into your favorite recipes or eating as a snack. The product can be found at a handful of retailers in the US market for the 2018 holiday season, but will be available nationwide for Easter 2019.
President and COO at Clabber Girl Corporation, Gary Morris, explained the new Baileys Original Irish Cream Baking Chips when he said, "Clabber Girl has been a trusted partner and friend to bakers and home cooks for more than 150 years. We are thrilled to entrust our relationships with these valued customers with Baileys and are extremely proud of what we together have created."
