The Baked cake slices have been announced by the Finsbury Food Group in the UK as a series of snacks for consumers to enjoy as a healthier option when cravings strike.
The cake slices maintain an HFSS-compliant recipe that's high in fiber and low in calories, and come in two flavors including Sticky Toffee and Lemon Drizzle. The slices are being launched at Tesco locations for in-store and online purchase with five slices retailing for £1.60. The snacking-friendly products are sure to be a hit amongst those with a penchant for baked goods.
