Just because adults are all grown-up, doesn’t mean they can’t enjoy playing with the occasional toy to remind them what it was like to be a child; the ‘Back to Childhood’ photo series reminds older generations that it is good to embrace their inner kid from time to time.
The Back to Childhood photo series was conceived and shot by French photographer Julien Mauve. Rummaging through his grandparent’s attic one day, he came across a box brimming with old toys he used to play with. He immediately felt an emotional connection to each and every one of them. Not wanting to lose that connection, he imagined what they would be like placed in a serious adult life; the result was Back to Childhood.
