The Row, the luxury brand created by Ashley Olsen and Mary-Kate Olsen, is dropping its first scents in the form of three aromatic oils created in collaboration with L’Oeil du vert’s Haley Alexander van Oosten. The three fragrant oils, named R, O and W are all anchored by the grounding scent of sandalwood as a base and they are differentiated by other ingredients.
While R mixes tobacco leaves, Esfand seeds and rose, O shares the experience of blue water lily, olibanum and orris. Rounding out the trio, W combines the alluring scents of amber, Champa and incense woods. True to the brands' design sensibilities, the oils are packaged in minimalist vessels.
These aromatic oils have reportedly been in the works for four years and the twins have been wearing oils from Oosten well before this collaboration started.
