British luxury accessories designer Anya Hindmarch has announced the launch of 'Anya’s Fruit & Veg,' a new greengrocer concept shop open in London from now until September 25th. The store takes inspiration from traditional greengrocer's with their iconic half indoor, half outdoor displays of vibrantly colored fruits and vegetables.
'Anya's Fruit & Veg' will include playful promotional gimmicks such as collectible fruit stickers and winking eyes on boxes. In contrast, various fruits and vegetables will be donned with human attire such as piercings and underwear. Limited edition merchandise will also be available, including string bags, water bottles, Raffia baskets, tea towels, coffee cups, and baseball caps.
"A greengrocer is a great part of any busy village as the heart of the community as well as a place to buy your groceries and catch up on the local news. The Anya Fruit & Veg Store is set to be all of this and more," said Hindmarch.
