The Anamu Book Cover DIY is a tutorial on how to hide hideous eyesore wireless routers. Created by the L.A. native and freelance designer Ana Maria Muñoz, who founded the blog Anamu, the piece was conceived after Munoz was forced to expose her wireless router in a prominent location to gain an Internet signal throughout the rest of her apartment.
At the suggestion of Muñoz's partner in crime Joe, the couple purchased a vintage book in order to hide the router. By simply cutting out the inside of the book, anyone can complete this project. The DIY is both practical and effective -- it simply adds a whole lot more character to the room, making what would be an out-of-place piece of tech into an interior accessory.
