Designed for the music download company A8 Music Group, this building has an interactive facade that changes according to data. More specifically, LED lights are integrated in the front of the structure that respond to how much music is being downloaded at the time.
Considering that A8 Music Group is one of the biggest downloading companies in China, having a building that mimics the company's success on a daily basis is a great motivator for employees. The bigger the lights, the more money the company is making. On top of the interactive facade, the front has also been made to look like sound waves, again keeping with the topical theme of what the company is all about. UNIT, the architecture team behind it all, has done an excellent job with this design. Photo Credits: designboom, myunit
