Newark, Delaware-based Iron Hill Brewery has long established itself as one of the most successful craft brewery chains in the U.S., with high-quality seasonal offerings such as its new Mexican-style lager being one of the most important contributors to its success.
The 'Lemon Cerveza' is a Mexican-style lager was originally brewed by brewer Pete Corbett for his wedding in Mexico, but so good was this homebrew creation that it was only a matter of time before Corbett decided to offer it to Iron Hill fans.
This beer was crafted using a generous amount of fresh lemon juice and the addition of lemon peel which makes for marvelously citrusy and zesty flavor profile. Coming in at five percent ABV, this particular summer lager is sold in six-packs of 12-ounce cans.
