Welch’s Zero Sugar Fruity Bites are a First from the Brand
Michael Hemsworth — May 25, 2023 — Lifestyle
Fruit snacks are often associated with a sweet flavor that's packed with sugar, which is something the Welch’s Zero Sugar Fruity Bites have been created to offer an alternative to. The product is positioned as a first-of-its-kind option from the brand that features a 100% sugar-free recipe that contains 25% fewer calories than its original Welch's Fruit Snacks. The snacks, however, still maintain the same taste and texture consumers have come to expect from Welch's fruit snacks.
The Welch’s Zero Sugar Fruity Bites are gluten-free, fat-free, preservative-free and aspartame-free, and are arriving in three-ounce peg bags priced at $3.99 in the US. The products come in Island Fruits, Mixed Fruit and Berries 'N Cherries flavors, and will launch in new packaging formats later this year and into early 2024.
