The WB1200 Stewart towers are an upcoming architectural project in Seattle that will focus on an eye-catching design that's incorporated with an unexpected detail between the twin skyscrapers.
The 48-story high-rise builds are characterized by their wavy appearance on the exterior, while the triangular shape of the land below allows for ample retail. The pinnacle of the design features a decommissioned Boeing 747 suspended between the towers that would function as usable space as well as a focal point for the courtyard below.
The WB1200 Stewart towers are the work of real estate development firm Wetsbank in partnership with Tokyo-based architecture firm OSO with design done by Henriquez Partners Architects. The towers are slated for completion at the end of 2022.
