Located on Palm Beach and boasting striking views of the Pacific Ocean, this waterfront holiday home will surely give its residents a well-deserved rest from the big city. Australian studio Alexander & Co was trusted with the design of the Palm Beach House and the firm concentrated on contemporary sensibilities and minimalist color schemes for the renovation.
The modern waterfront holiday home was originally built in the 80s. Prior to the refurbishment, the structure was “uncharismatic and barely functional.” Firstly, the architecture firm was able to restore the masonry walls, honoring their inherent beauty and historical value. However, other areas like “the roof and internal partitions” needed to be fully rebuilt. Taking advantage of the location, Alexander & Co added a few new windows to pay homage to the breathtaking natural surroundings.
