The Apeiron condos are a redesign project executed by Rafael Moneo as a way to bring life back into the previously owned Jockey Club located along the marina in northern Miami. The new tower concepts bring a luxurious aesthetic to the area that favors the natural landscape with views of the marina and relaxed living focused on health and wellness.
The space features a 13-acre layout of condominiums that offer opulent living quarters that make use of the waterfront location by providing amenities to suit active and healthy lifestyles. The condos offer social activities that take place in front of the Biscayne Bay with tennis courts, a deep water yacht marina and outdoor pools that utilize the waterfront location. The overall complex will include three different towers with 240 different units amongst the three spaces.
