Irish artist Norman Mooney has a new exhibit at the Causey Contemporary space in New York which will feature his Wall Flowers. While a "wallflower" may illicit images of a shy kid standing along the wall at a dance, Mooney's Wall Flowers are more likely to illicit fear.
Each of Mooney's Wall Flowers is made from aluminum spikes, which radiate out from a center point. The Causey Contemporary exhibit features a yellow Wall Flower, in addition to white flowers which stand alone.
