The Volkswagen ZeitHaus museum in Wolfsburg, Germany, is a testament to more than 130 years of automotive history for both Volkswagen and cars in general. The museum is located in Autostadt, the automotive theme park that abuts Volkswagen's primary manufacturing plant.

Inside the Volkswagen ZeitHaus museum, car lovers will find pristine models of historical vehicles from many different eras. For instance, the museum houses a Benz Patent-Motorwagen. Built in 1886, the motorized vehicle's skeletal design looks more like a tricycle than a car. Not all cars are as ancient, though. The museum also includes a 2007 Volkswagen GTI W12-650, the fastest Golf Volkswagen ever built. And, of course, being a Volkswagen museum, ZeitHaus owns an original model of Volkswagen's iconic 1955 Beetle.
