Sultry Femme Fatale Shoots

Femme fatales have been a staple of film noir since its formation, but you won’t find deadlier or more seductive incarnations of the archetype anywhere than in this Vlad Voloshin photo series. Entitled ‘Wicked Dames,’ the collection features hot models brandishing knives, guns, tourniquets, syringes, razor blades and, my personal favorite, giant scissors. It’s probably a good idea to avoid these women altogether, but with stunning Hollywood looks that hearken back to the golden era of cinema, how’s a person to resist?

Vlad Voloshin is the New York-based photographer behind these astonishing pictures, and he’s captured the vibe of hard boiled movies perfectly in each depiction. Certain images contain splashes of color, enhancing the visual effect of said pictures through high contrast.
