Founded by award-winning artist Amy Nelson, Sing Like a STAR is offering virtual music classes to kids.
The special program runs until the end of June—although, there is talk about extending it into the summer. The virtual music classes include singing and dancing lessons. Participants can tune in through drop-in Zoom meetings during the day and in the evenings. Consumers can enjoy the opportunity on a pay-what-you-can basis.
Amy Nelson teaches singing to children in Grades one through eight, while singer and dancer Kelsey Howatt directs dancing for children three to five and Grades one through six. In addition, early childhood educator Carlie Kuz conducts singing/storytime for children ages three to five.
