With only one wall per floor, the Victor Lusquinos Olas! beach house is anything but private. Appropriately titled 'Olas!,' the house offers unobstructed beach views that also allow outsiders to have a full view of the inside, making this open-concept condo ideal for those who do not shy away from their neighbors.
From the back, the smooth white curvature of the structure gives the exterior the appearance of a shell; appropriate for its location on the shore-front. Along with the modern minimalist furniture, the interior features a large Joan Miro Mural on the second story which mirrors and interprets the ocean it faces.
The ocean-inspired architecture of the Victor Lusquinos Olas! beach house invites its inhabitants to take part of their surroundings.
